Shipping Policy
ManiScript is a direct to consumer and use a B2C service with USPS for shipping all orders. The price of postage is directly linked to the integrated USPS app within the site and reflects their current price of shipping by volume and weight.
ManiScript never handle any physical products and is only responsible for your product from the the placement of your order and until it reaches the USPS. When it is handed over to USPS it becomes their responsibility to safely deliver to you. If USPS is not present in your local area, the package will be handed over to your local carrier by USPS and it becomes their responsibility.
Insurance and tracking is available on U.S. orders only.
Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged by the carrier, please reach out to us and ManiScript will help make a joint claim with USPS.
Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. ManiScript can not be held responsible for incorrect addresses. You are responsible of contacting us to correct the address.
ManiScript cannot offer an option of bundling orders, this is due to security reasons. If orders happen to be ready at the same time, they will shipped together, and the excess shipping fee will be refunded, not including transaction fees.
International orders:
Unfortunately ManiScript cannot track or put forward claims on any packages shipped internationally. Please only place orders at your own risk if you order outside the U.S.
ManiScript are not to be held responsible for any customs, VAT, tax, any additional fees you might encounter or delays due to your local customs processes.
Return & Exchange Policy
At ManiScript we are committed to do our very best to ensure a hassle-free and convenient experience for everyone.
If you would like to request a return, please read the return policies below carefully. ManiScript monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service you have received, please use the contact on the site to get in touch with us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Return policy
If the return is requested for your reasons, you may exchange or return your unused order that has not yet had its plastic sleeve and blue protection film removed from the design, and you are responsible for the cost of the returns shipping fee.
If not due to your reasons and the goods received are damaged or not correct, you are of course not required to bear the shipping fee, and you have a 30 days return guarantee.

Damaged products
In the event that you have received a damaged or wrong product, please retain the full outside packaging and all contents and contact us through the site.

Please leave the blue protection film fully or partly attached to the design for photos if you discover a production fault.
​This is necessary to provide proof, in the event that the damages happened during manufacturing process and ensures a free of charge exchange.
Unfortunately an exchange will also mean some wait as ManiScript does not have any physical presence or stock of products.

Refunds
In the event of a refund, the funds will be returned to the original payment method you used to place your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Processing time
Once your request has been approved, the return or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The time to register it on your account can vary and is determined by the original payment method. Please contact the original payment method for details.
